Event Logistics
General Event Information
- Event Time: Doors open at 8:30 AM, event runs 10 AM – 4 PM.
- Location Secured: TD Station will be secured during the event.
- Dismissal: Students and staff will be dismissed as their buses arrive. Watch the overhead screen for your school’s name.
Arrival & Transportation
- Bus Drop-Off & Pick-Up: Located to the right of TD Station.
- Bus Parking: Available at Long Wharf (map provided).
- Staff Parking: Limited at TD Station for a small fee.
- Late Arrivals: After 10 AM, you may be directed to alternate seating due to event recording.
Seating Guidelines
- Floor Seating:
- Remain seated during speakers and performances.
- Students may approach the stage during musical acts with teacher permission and if space allows.
- Lower & Upper Bowl:
- Do not enter the floor area if not assigned.
- All attendees should stay seated during the event.
- Movement Restrictions:
- From 10 AM–12 PM and 12:45 PM–4 PM, attendees must remain in assigned seats.
Security & Safety
- Bag Check: All bags/backpacks will be searched. Please limit what you bring to speed up entry.
- Bracelets: Must be worn at all times. Lost bracelets can be replaced at the Info Booth.
- Quiet Room: Available anytime on the bottom floor for anyone needing a break.
- Special Needs Washroom: Located on the main floor (signs posted for easy access).
Support & Volunteers
- Info Booth: Located in the front lobby—visit with any questions or issues.
- Volunteers:
- 100+ adult volunteers (wearing lanyards)
- 60+ student volunteers (wearing “Volunteer” T-shirts)
- Ask them for assistance at any time.
Food & Vendors
- Bagged Lunches: Students are encouraged to bring one.
- Food Vendors: Open 12 PM – 12:40 PM
- Tim Hortons: Open 9 AM – 9:45 AM and at noon
- Vendors & Merchandise:
- Open 9 AM – 10 AM, 12 PM – 12:40 PM, and at 4 PM
- Accepting cash and debit
- Artist and “We Believe” merchandise available for purchase
- Bank Machine: On-site for student and staff use.
Educator Zone
- Located on the lower floor. Offers:
- Free coffee, water, and treats
- Breakout sessions for educators
- Opportunities to speak with guests about school visits and speaking engagements

Food Drive
We’re collecting non-perishable food items from every student and staff member.
Donations go to food banks from Saint Stephen to Sussex.
Goal: Over 5,000 items!

Info Booths at WE Believe
Booth Setup Details
Setup Day (Day Before Event):
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
All participating organizations are asked to set up their booths during this window.
Power will not be provided
Please bring:
- A tablecloth for your table
- A covering for your materials when your booth is closed
- Any materials or handouts you’d like to share
Ticket Pickup: Get your booth staff tickets from Bev Foote by the main entrance on setup day.
RSVP by April 1:
Please email us with the number of tickets you’ll require for your booth team.
Event Day Booth Hours
Arrival Time: Please be onsite by 7:45 AM
Booth Open Times:
- 8:00 – 10:00 AM
- 12:00 – 12:45 PM
- 4:00 – 4:30 PM
Booths must be closed and covered at all other times to avoid interfering with the event production.
Please dispose of any unneeded items at the end of the day.
